Altai Massage is a combination of gentle and deep touch, range of motion, acupressure, reflexology, energy work and stretching. Amanda uses Psychometry to 'tune-in' to a client. By holding something owned by the person concerned, it gives intuitive impressions and information relevant to the session. However even speaking on the telephone prior to the appointment, Amanda 'has guidance' and is able to prepare prior to meeting with you.

Crystal Readings are a method Amanda uses to identify what your own body is speaking to her. Crystals have been used for Millennia to heal and bring balance. They work through resonance and vibration as they are on the same frequency as us, (both containing piezoelectricity) and work with our body like 'tuning forks'. A reading will contain information, which allows you to answer questions relating to health, relationships and current problems. Amanda will recommend crystals to help with moving on, to bring balance to whatever situation has come up in the reading.
